At DARRON, every product is formulated, bottled, and shipped with intention. We believe transparency and fairness matter just as much as performance.


Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During new launches or high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly—but we’ll always keep you informed.

Shipping Methods

  • We currently ship via USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Ground Advantage: Typically 3–5 business days after shipment

  • Priority Mail: Typically 2–3 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Domestic Shipping Only

  • At this time, DARRON ships within the United States only.


Return Policy

Because DARRON products are personal care / skincare items, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards.

All Sales Are Final Once Opened

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

  • This policy protects all customers and ensures product integrity.

Unopened & Unused Items

  • Returns may be accepted on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.

Return Authorization Required

  • Please contact us before sending anything back.

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ve got you covered.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
